欢迎使用茶灵感。本协议适用于茶灵感网站、Android 与 iOS 应用。茶灵感由玛伦科技（深圳）有限公司运营，提供神秘主题的饮品解读、卡片收藏、语音、游戏、私人圈子与分享等娱乐功能。

2. 文化娱乐用途

图案候选、卡片文字、语音和 AI 辅助内容仅供文化娱乐与自我反思，可能不准确，也不是确定结论。它们不构成医疗、法律、金融、投资、心理或其他专业建议。

3. 账号与资格

你必须年满 13 周岁才能创建账号或使用本服务。你应提供合法且可用的账号资料并妥善保管登录凭据。发现账号异常时，请及时联系我们。

4. 用户内容与授权

你应确保上传的照片、文字及其他内容由你本人提供或已取得合法授权。为完成识别、生成、保存和分享功能，你授予我们一项非独占、仅限提供服务所需范围的处理许可。你仍保留对合法用户内容的权利。

5. 使用规则

• 不得上传违法、侵权、欺诈、骚扰、敏感证件、金融资料、医疗资料或他人隐私。
• 不得攻击、干扰、逆向、自动抓取、批量请求、绕过安全或使用限制。
• 不得把 AI 辅助内容包装成官方证明、确定结论或专业建议。
• 不得利用服务侵害他人权益或从事违反适用法律、平台规则的活动。

6. 社区内容与安全

私人圈子中的名称、互动与其他用户内容必须遵守本协议。应用提供内容过滤、举报与屏蔽工具；Lumi 生成内容也可以在应用内举报。我们的目标是在 24 小时内初步审查举报，并可移除内容、重置名称、删除圈子、限制互动或暂停违规账号。紧急安全或严重骚扰举报将被优先处理。请通过应用内举报或 support@chalinggan.app 联系我们。

7. 虚拟物品、订阅与付费功能

应用可提供自动续订会员、卡组、装扮或其他数字权益。购买页会展示价格、计费周期、自动续订状态与主要权益。订阅由 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 处理，可在对应商店账号设置中管理或取消。虚拟物品仅限产品内使用，不代表货币、投资或现实财产权利。

8. 知识产权

茶灵感的商标、界面、代码、卡片美术、角色、文字、音频及其他产品内容受法律保护。除法律允许或我们书面授权外，不得复制、出售、改编或用于竞争性产品。

9. 服务变更、暂停与终止

我们可能因维护、安全、合规、平台审核或产品迭代调整功能。对于严重违规、安全风险或滥用，我们可以限制或终止相关账号和请求，并在合理范围内提供说明。

10. 责任限制

我们会尽力保持服务稳定，但不保证服务永不中断或 AI 内容完全准确。在法律允许范围内，我们不对用户依据娱乐内容作出的现实决定负责。法律另有强制规定的除外。

11. 更新、适用法律与联系

我们可能因功能或法律变化更新本协议，重大变更会通过页面或应用内提示说明。本协议适用中华人民共和国法律。问题或投诉可发送至 support@chalinggan.app。

1. Agreement and services

Welcome to Chalinggan. This agreement applies to the Chalinggan website, Android app, and iOS app. Chalinggan is operated by Malun Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. and provides mystical drink readings, card collection, voice, games, private circles, and sharing for entertainment.

2. Cultural entertainment only

Pattern candidates, card text, voice, and AI-assisted content are for cultural entertainment and self-reflection. They may be inaccurate and are not definitive conclusions or medical, legal, financial, investment, psychological, or other professional advice.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use the service. You must provide lawful and usable account details and protect your sign-in credentials. Contact us promptly if you notice suspicious account activity.

4. User content and licence

You must own or have permission to use every photo, text, or other item you upload. To provide recognition, generation, storage, and sharing features, you grant us a non-exclusive licence limited to processing that content as needed to operate the service. You retain your rights in lawful user content.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not upload illegal, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, identity, financial, medical, or private third-party content.
• Do not attack, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, automate bulk requests, or bypass security or usage limits.
• Do not present AI-assisted content as official proof, a definitive conclusion, or professional advice.
• Do not use the service to violate another person’s rights, applicable law, or platform rules.

6. Community content and safety

Names, reactions, and other user content in private circles must follow this agreement. The app provides filtering, reporting, and blocking tools, and generated Lumi responses can also be reported in the app. We aim to perform an initial review within 24 hours and may remove content, reset names, delete circles, restrict interactions, or suspend accounts that violate these rules. Urgent safety and severe harassment reports are prioritised. Report in the app or contact support@chalinggan.app.

7. Virtual items, subscriptions, and paid features

The app may offer auto-renewing memberships, decks, cosmetics, or other digital benefits. The purchase page shows the price, billing period, renewal status, and principal benefits. Subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and can be managed or cancelled in the relevant store account settings. Virtual items are for in-product use only and are not currency, investments, or real-world property.

8. Intellectual property

Chalinggan trademarks, interface, code, card art, characters, text, audio, and other product content are protected by law. You may not copy, sell, adapt, or use them in a competing product unless permitted by law or authorised by us in writing.

9. Changes, suspension, and termination

Features may change because of maintenance, security, compliance, platform review, or product development. We may restrict or terminate accounts or requests involving serious violations, security risks, or abuse and will provide reasonable information where appropriate.

10. Limitation of liability

We work to keep Chalinggan reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted service or completely accurate AI output. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for real-world decisions based on entertainment content. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

11. Updates, governing law, and contact

We may update this agreement when features or laws change. Material changes will be explained on the page or in the app. This agreement is governed by applicable law; mandatory consumer rights in your country or region remain unaffected. Questions or complaints may be sent to support@chalinggan.app.
